His expertise includes business growth, strategy deployment, cost-efficient team management, and key relationship management. Under his leadership, ICCS has become a leading Business Process Management company.

He is also the Managing Director of Grace & Glamour India Pvt Ltd., specializing in high-end furniture and furnishings.

 Divij Singhal, Founder, MD & CEO of ICCS, established the company in 2004. Under his leadership, ICCS has grown to over 4,000 employees, serving clients across multiple industries.

Committed to excellence, he prioritizes client satisfaction through high-quality service and aims to position ICCS as a top outsourcing partner.

He holds a Bachelor’s Honours degree in Computer Science & Electronics from the University of Sussex, UK.

An avid golfer, he enjoys spending weekends on the course.

 Vikram Arora, Chief Operating Officer, is a dynamic professional with 23+ years of experience in service delivery, client relations, and operations.

He has managed diverse sectors, including travel, market research, tech, software, online gaming, e-commerce, and retail, consistently achieving business targets in competitive environments. 

An Honors Graduate from Delhi University, he holds a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis (Pune) and certifications from DOEACC and Six Sigma.

Anuj Gupta, Chief of Strategy and Client Success, has 20+ years of experience in sales, P&L management, and business operations. At ICCS, he leads business growth, client management, and strategic partnerships.

Previously with Yamaha Motors, HDFC Bank, Asian Paints, and Axis Capital. His leadership has secured key clients, strengthening ICCS as a top outsourcing partner.

Anuj holds an MBA from UBS, Punjab University.

 Mayank is a dynamic leader with 16+ years of experience in business development, operations, and project management. Before ICCS, he ran his own venture, Majestic Agronomics, and worked with Divensi Solutions.

At ICCS, he drives growth initiatives, business strategy, governance, and process excellence.

He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Sussex, UK.

 Nishant Narendra leads the Training & Development (T&D) function at ICCS, bringing extensive experience in workforce training, skill development, and performance enhancement.

He has previously worked with renowned organizations such as Startek, FiveSplash, HomeShop18, and Aegis Global, where he played a key role in shaping training strategies and improving operational efficiency.

Nishant holds a Law degree from CCS University, Meerut.

Rajnish Sharma is a seasoned professional with 34 years of experience, including two decades in the BPM industry. He has held leadership roles at renowned organizations such as Teleperformance, Honeywell, and Taj Hotels, where he contributed to business growth and operational excellence.

He holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, bringing a strong strategic and management acumen to his roles.
