National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), a unique public private partnership enterprise under the aegis of Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE) was established with an objective to facilitate skill training in partnership with industry and private training providers. The main objectives of the NSDC are to:


• Upgrade skills to international standards through significant industry involvement and develop necessary frameworks for standards, curriculum and quality assurance

• Enhance, support and coordinate private sector initiatives for skill development through appropriate Public-Private Partnership (PPP) models; strive for significant operational and financial involvement from the private sector

 • Play the role of a "market-maker" by bringing financing, particularly in sectors where market mechanisms are ineffective or missing

• Prioritize initiatives that can have a multiplier or catalytic effect as opposed to one-off impact.

It provides funding for building scalable, for-profit, vocational initiatives across the country and is responsible for implementation of the flagship scheme of Skill India Mission; Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY).

The service provider shall set up the Call Center with a capacity of 120-170 Executives for providing the information related to the NSDC and various skill initiatives like PMKVY courses and assist candidates with their queries and Candidate Validation activities. The Total numbers of executives could be increased and decreased depending on call volumes.

ICCS Manages the Complete Customer Support Call center operations at Hyderabad, Noida Sector 2  and Guwahati Site Includes Inbound / Outbound / Web etc.
