Job Description:

• Part of 24/7 IT Operations Centre team to Monitor and manage alerts, notifications and vulnerabilities using the set of tools and technologies implemented.
• SIEM tool monitoring and event correlation.
• Identification of incidents and escalate to Tier 2 analysts for detailed investigation to determine their severity and the response required.
• Ensure that incidents are correctly reported and documented.
• Respond in a timely manner (within documented SLA) to incidents and other requests.
• Maintain a keen understanding of evolving threats and vulnerabilities 
• As required update Protective Monitoring/SOC documentation, processes and procedures and ensure currency.
