Position: Team Leader – Operations

Experience: 1-2 Years

Location: Mysore

·    Should have 1-2 years’ experience in handling the strength of 15-20 along with handling Inbound & Outbound vertical.

·        Coordination between Manger and Team Members

·        Handle a team of Associates

·        Good communication 1 year experience as TL in OUT bound LOB

·        Manage team performance on SLAs & KRA

·        Manage day to day floor activities

·        Analyse, maintain daily, weekly and monthly team performance reports

·        Conducting periodic team meetings & attend review meetings

·        Currently working as TL for Outbound

·        Excellent understanding of call center metrics

·        Good communication skills
