·       Coordination between Manger and Team Members

·        Handle a team of Associates

·        Good communication + 1 year experience as TL in ecommerce OUT bound LOB

·        Manage team performance on SLAs & KRA

·        Manage day to day floor activities

·        Analyse, maintain daily, weekly and monthly team performance reports

·        Conducting periodic team meetings & attend review meetings

·        Currently working as TL for Outbound

·        Excellent understanding of call center metrics

·        Good communication skills
