• Responsible for staff retention with in team
• coordination between Manger and Team Members
• Handle a team of Associates
• Manage team performance on SLAs & KRA
• Control shrinkage, attrition, etc
• Manage day to day floor activities
• Analyze, maintain daily, weekly and monthly team performance reports
• Conducting periodic team meetings & attend review meetings
• Currently working as TL for  Outbound
• Excellent understanding of call center metrics
• Good communication skills
  Education :Graduate in any Stream, Masters degree added advantage

Age: 22 to 28 years
