Position: Team Leader – Operations 

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Noida

Preferably with Insurance Collection background, should have 1-3 years’ experience in handling the strength of 15-20 along with handling Inbound & Outbound vertical.

Coordination between Manger and Team Members

Handle a team of Associates

Manage team performance on SLAs & KRA

Manage day to day floor activities

Analyse, maintain daily, weekly and monthly team performance reports

Conducting periodic team meetings & attend review meetings

Currently working as TL for Outbound

Excellent understanding of call center metrics

Good communication skills
