Relevant Experience of at least 12 years Team Handling skills 

Candidate is required to: 

Create, Modify Training SOP and guidelines to ensure smooth functioning of BAU Training.

Coordinate with clients and management to understand expectations and plan training KPI accordingly Coach, groom and motivate training team to deliver higher standard of performance. Manage Trainer Scorecard Manage a team of trainers across centres and over achieve BAU KPI targets.

Plan & Deliver corporate/leadership learning programs.

Create different training modules as per the business requirements. Master Trainer or relevant certification
