Position: Asst. Manager - Quality 

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 1-4 Years

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 Days

Roles and Responsibilities

Should have experience of 1 year in Quality

Should be skilled in working with inbound, outbound & blended (voice & email) environment

Should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office

Sound knowledge of 7 Quality tool for compiling, interpreting and communicating all quality related statistical information internally as well as to the client

Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training & professional development

Good Communication skills both written and verbal

Education: Any Graduate/Post graduate
