We are looking for Sr. Manager - Operations

Candidates should be currently working as Sr. Operations Manager for minimum 1 year on papers or Operations Manager for minimum 2+ Years

Candidates should have handled minimum 200+ Head count mandatory

Candidates should have handled 70% Voice process customer service and 30% Chat operations mandatory

Candidates should have experience in handled attrition, shrinkage, SLAs, "Service Levels", Occupancy, Utilization, Capacity Planning, P&L Management, EBIDTA, BQM (Bottom Performers), CTQ, Quality and Training Needs for the process

Candidates should be well versed with the calculation and formulas

Candidates currently handling ecommerce or telecom process will be an added advantage

Should be able to manage performance management of the team

Execute continuous process improvement plans

Qualification: Any Graduate passed.

Experience: Minimum 10 to 15 Years of experience

6 Days working.

Salary: Depending on experience and current CTC:

Hike as per market standards
