Job Description:

Position: Team Leader

Experience: 3-5 Years

Notice Period: Immediate -15 Days

Responsible for staff retention with in team

Coordination between Manger and Team Members

Handle a team of Associates

Manage team performance on SLAs & KRA

Control shrinkage, attrition, etc.

Manage day to day floor activities

Analyze, maintain daily, weekly and monthly team performance reports

Conducting periodic team meetings & attend review meetings

Currently working as TL for Outbound

Excellent understanding of call center metrics

Good communication skills

Education: Graduate in any Stream, Master’s Degree added advantage
