LOB _ Outbound Good communication (English +Hindi) + 1 year experience in sales (Preferably Life insurance Background) also team handling size

Manage team performance on SLAs & KRA

Manage day to day floor activities

Analyse, maintain daily, weekly and monthly team performance reports

Conducting periodic team meetings & attend review meetings

Currently working as TL for Outbound

Excellent understanding of call center metrics

Good communication skills
