Checking on the quality of calls of the agents

Checking of the quality of emails and chats

Document and report the feedback

Quality Audit.

Desired Profile:

QAs required for TATA 1 MG process as per client requirement

Should be fluent in English and Hindi speaking

Excel knowledge required

Pharmacy experience candidate will be given first priority

Should be aware about Quality KPIs and Reports

Education: Any Graduate/Post graduate
