Role and Responsibilities:

·        Should have experience in #DOMESTICBPO AS #TRAINER

·        Should have 2-3 years’ experience as a trainer

·        Preferably with #Ecommerce background

·        Conceptualize training materials based on data and research

·        Communicate training needs and online resources

·        Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials

·        Contact and utilize outside vendors and resources for instructional technology

Should have good training skills:-

·        Telugu + Good communications skills Presentation skills for Hyderabad

·       Good communications skills

·        Presentation skills

·        Instruct employee training and on boarding
