Qualification And Experience:

• 5-7 Years of experience in full life cycle recruitment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously.
• Will be responsible for PAN India Support and Agent hiring on batches aligned
• At least 5 years of experience in BPO hiring
• Good network of consultants and skill India
• good track record in hiring’s.
• Proven ability to use data and metrics to provide the effectiveness of the talent acquisition function
• High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability.
• Should be able to identify situations which lead to a customer complaint and customer experience impacting areas
• Must have a strong eye for detail and a thorough understanding of client expectations
• Must display positive energy, service-oriented attitude towards all teammates
• Should have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
