Roles and Responsibilities

Must have Ecommerce background, should have 8-10 years’ experience in data analysis , and also experience in voice process ( IB & OB)

· Should be skilled in working with inbound, outbound & blended (voice & email) environment

· Should have excellent knowledge of MS-Office

· · Administer performance management by diagnosing improvement opportunities, providing effective feedback, coaching, training, professional development and corrective action plans

· Good Communication skills both written and verbal

· Education: Any Graduate/Post graduate
