Job Description:

Checking on the quality of calls of the agents

QA preferably with insurance background, should have 1-2 years’ experience Inbound, Outbound & backend vertical.

Checking of the quality of emails and chats

Document and report the feedback

Quality Audit.

Desired Profile:

Experience required into quality auditing (Inbound or Outbound processes)

Good communication skills

Education: Any Graduate/Post graduate
