Role -
Conduct process training for new hires, up skill training for existing/new products or refresher training.

Calls audit when there is no training batch.

Excellent training throughput of training batches.
Maintains and shares training and Quality reports on time.
Active Interactions with the internal and external clients.
Take up small improvement projects/initiatives in individual capacity or in collaboration with different departments.
Improve team capabilities through coaching and mentoring.
BPO experience will be an added advantage.
