Amita comes with a strong and diversified 13 years’ experience ranging from sales, business development, training & operations management in ITES & large Training organizations. She spent almost 8 years with IBM/Concentrix and held various portfolios around operations, business development, training and managed various domestic and International clients. She also worked with Scholastic India for 2 years in their Sales support team.
At ICCS, Amita leads all business development & client relationship activities is part of the senior management team in the Company. She also leads the client engagement and relationship activities to strengthen the partnership with all our existing clientele.
Before joining ICCS, Amita was associated with AGILE Virgin as Business Coach and was supporting various clients around Coaching & Training to drive Org level transformation.
She is gradate from Osmania University and also holds a Commercial Pilot License.
